KreativeKommit: New Year, New Chapter (2026)
Hello 2026 — we survived another revolution around the sun. Congratulations, you still have electricity and Wi‑Fi. To celebrate, we’re changing the blog a little: more hands-on projects, more messy wiring, and fewer slides about abstract CI pipelines. Same mission: help you build, automate, and make cool stuff — but with solder and cheekiness now included.
Who We Are (short version)
I’m Alex — the one who writes the tutorials and edits video where I try to make soldering look graceful. Dave is the person who builds campervans and then turns them into command centers. Together we’re a small team with big curiosity and an unhealthy fondness for sensors.
Why the pivot?
Because words on version control are great, but blinking LEDs and a solar-powered campervan are deeply satisfying. We still love dev and security, but 2026 is the year we get our hands dirty: real builds, real test rigs, and real “why won’t this tiny board read my sensor” panic moments — which we’ll document so you don’t have to suffer alone.
What’s changing (and why you should care)
- More practical projects: solar, batteries, CAN bus, and the sort of automation that makes your life lazier in a productive way.
- Beginner-friendly paths: Arduino → ESP32 basics, with copy‑pasteable examples and video walkthroughs.
- Deeper builds: dashboards, power management, and full campervan automation (for people who like living in fancy boxes on wheels).
We’ll keep content approachable: short guides, clear parts lists, and videos that skip the fluff. If you want to learn, we’ll teach; if you want to watch us fail gloriously and then fix it, we’ll provide popcorn.
What to expect this year
- Quick starter tutorials (blink an LED; you’re now a wizard)
- Step-by-step projects you can actually finish in a weekend
- Video walkthroughs for complicated builds
- Advanced series on power systems, CAN integration, and monitoring

How you can help (or be nosy)
- Tell us what projects you want to see. Solar? Boat automation? Weird IoT art?
- Subscribe, comment, and share — feedback shapes the roadmap.
- If you need a site or a project built, reach out — sponsorships and donations keep this crew caffeinated.
Final note (short and sweet)
This year is for making. If you’ve ever wanted to turn a vague idea into a thing that blinks, connects, or moves, come along. We’ll be right here — tools in hand, sarcasm at the ready.
Happy, healthy, and creatively chaotic 2026.
